Meet Jen

My journey is what inspired me to create Jen Whitens Wellness.  Because I know I am not the only one with a story like mine.  And I also know that if you are here reading this, you deserve to prioritize yourself and learn to schedule your health so you can be the super-woman you are for you and the people you love.  And that's exactly what I do.

I help you lose weight, gain energy, and gain back your self-confidence through the simple, time-saving life hacks I wish I had learned long ago.

​I am currently offering my signature group coaching program, WHOLLY FIT!  You get 1:1 guidance and support with nutrition, exercise and mindset to create your Personalized Food + Fitness Profile (PFFP) so that you create and maintain healthy habits FOR GOOD and NEVER have to diet again!
